There really is no right or wrong answer to this question. A good rule of thumb is several photo sets and at least a few video sets (if you’re going to offer video).

Besides the obvious no-no of any persons underage, animals, etc, you may put any type of material on your Adult Website as long as it is within Federal Law USC 18 2257 and USC 18 2257 A compliance.

You can update your website as little or as often as you like. We have no preset rules, however, your website will only perform as well as the amount of time and effort you put into it.

Absolutely. Without trying to sound like an “As Seen on TV” infomercial, you truly are your own boss. It’s your website, you run it how you wish, update when you choose, etc. As long as you do not do anything illegal, falsely advertise, put up stolen content, etc., there will be no intervention on our part.

You will start receiving payments from your Adult Website the following week after you start earning sales. CCBill issues payments on Monday’s which are a week in the rear. For example: If your weekly sales closed on Saturday 8/14/10 a check (or wire transfer, your choice) would be issued on Monday 8/23/10.

As long as your Adult Website continues to earn weekly sales via new sales and/or rebills on a weekly basis, a payment will be issued every Monday for the previous week of sales. Your weekly payments are issued directly to you by CCBill, we do not handle your money.

Odds are your website to some degree whether small or large will make money. If in the extremely unlikely event your website makes zero dollars then it is our loss as we will be out the time and resources we invested.

Yes. We will be disappointed to see you go but you are not in any way committed to continuing the website for any set amount of time nor will you owe us anything. We do however retain the copyright to the design of any website(s) we have created for you and as such cannot be used anywhere else. Any imagery used in the website that you supplied is yours to keep, we are referring to the design and material we created when referring to copyright retention.
